Noah, a longtime resident of Laguna Niguel, had been experiencing a recurring nightmare. Every morning, he’d tiptoe into his cramped bathroom, heart pounding, dreading the treacherous journey to the shower. The old, worn-out tub was a slippery slope, and the lack of safety features made it a constant source of anxiety.
“I’d wake up in a cold sweat, replaying the countless near-misses I’d had over the years,” Noah recalled. “I knew something had to change.”
